Quality policy
The quality policy of TRANSPORTES Y CONSIGNACIONES MARÍTIMAS BALEARES, SAU, is aimed at ensuring and meeting the expectations and needs contractually defined with our clients, in all forwarding, cabotage, and consignment services carried out.
Both the General Management and the team that makes up the company are committed to earning our clients’ trust through the professionalism, efficiency, and confidentiality that have always characterized our organization.
Our ultimate goal is to achieve the loyalty of our external and internal clients, as well as our partners. For this reason, the following aspects are considered fundamental:
- Manage the Company’s Strategic and Operational Objectives through the Quality Management System and its subsequent reviews conducted by Management during Annual Internal Audits.
- Document and maintain the Quality Management System, continuously improving its effectiveness.
- Offer our clients a friendly, respectful and professional service that fosters the necessary trust to ensure their loyalty, while meeting their requirements as well as legal and regulatory obligations.
- Efficiently address and manage any claims raised by our clients.
- Identify “non-quality” elements to determine the corresponding actions that enable us to continuously improve the quality of the services offered.
- Consider all interactions, dealings and communications with our clients as strictly confidential.
- Promote and enhance internal communication to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in all activities we carry out.
- Ensure that the outcomes as a Member of the Society to which the group belongs meet expectations (image, social responsibility, environmental impact, etc.).
- Provide the staff with the necessary infrastructure and resources to perform their duties under optimal conditions, ensuring maximum safety and professionalism (appropriate facilities, advanced technical tools, IT systems, etc.).
- Implement actions to ensure a highly qualified workforce capable of performing their functions effectively.
This Quality Policy represents our work philosophy, and it’s the responsibility of everyone within the Group to act in accordance with this Quality Policy and, specifically, to comply with the provisions of the implemented Quality Management System.
