New Corporate Headquarters for Grupo Verlio in Barcelona

Within the framework of the development of the 2022/2025 strategic plan, the Group has taken another step with the transfer of its corporate headquarters in Barcelona, as well as its shipping division, which is located in “Torre Colón”, the historic epicenter of the sector.

Coinciding with the start as Agents of the GNV Company – Grandi Navi Veloci (MSC Group) in the port of Barcelona, on January 1, the adaptation and transfer tasks of the corporate headquarters and the shipping division to the emblematic building were completed.

Strategically located, Grupo Verlio returns to a historic location for the Company where its Founder, Salvador Oliver Aymerich (1934-2022), developed his business activities in the maritime sector for more than 5 decades, giving continuity to the legacy of his ancestors, shipowners and consignees.

The expansion in Barcelona represents a crucial step within the strategy of Grupo Verlio, which had already had a presence, both in agency activity and in auxiliary services, and where new developments are planned, consolidating more than two centuries of vocation and tradition in the maritime industry.
